Many of the pictures were taken hand-held & most under darker conditions than that previous one.
Plus with so many species which were new to me, you have to take my IDs with a grain of salt.
That said, I believe that this is a common red-legged robber fly (Dioctria rufipes; 🇩🇪 Höcker-Habichtsfliege).

Something a little different, namely a small moth. It seems to be a Plum tortrix (Hedya pruniana; 🇩🇪 Pflaumenwickler or Pflaumenknospenwickler).
