I scared the hell outta my coworkers with a Flipper Zero and BadUSB opening Slack and posting a silly message[0]. That was the most effective demonstration of the things I want them about — leaving your computer unlocked, plugging in strange USB cables, etc. — I could’ve hoped for. “Oh, that stuff you talk about… is real?!😬” [0] It was the automated version of https://honeypot.net/2026/04/17/one-day-i-was-walking.html that runs in 7 seconds because I gave it long delays for robustness.
