@Krikket@mindly.social Not sure about enforcing, but one thing that has helped me is to have a list of things that I enjoy to do. Whenever I have some free time, or I feel bored, I can look at the list and find something I'd actually enjoy doing. It seems like I'd remember what I like to do, but sometimes when I plan things it ends up feeling like a chore, and sometimes I forget about little things I like to do, so the list takes care of all that and makes sure I don't get stuck at 'what should I do?'

    @anakin78z@mograph.social Yes! This is a fantastic solution to a slightly different problem, but I have done something similar. I usually have a list of movies & TV shows I've been meaning to watch, games I'm excited to play, and then a general one of "these are fun things I like". Right now, I'm having a problem with making enough time to feel like it's worth even starting something, which is related but I'm definitely having a harder time solving.
