@Krikket@mindly.social I actually went to a doctor last week for exactly what you just described with no other symptoms cause this had been happening to me for quite awhile. The diagnosis was general anxiety disorder.

@mdiskplaylist@mastodon.social oh, I most *definitely* have anxiety, have for as long as I can remember. I even have a prescription, but I can’t take them if I need to *do* anything. Mental health stuff is a lot. Hope you find a treatment that helps!
