It would appear that Google may be considering the Death of Sideloading still. This is our advice: If Google forces all developers to verify their identity to even make apps sideloadable, then switch to iPhone and Linux based phones, as well as custom ROMs like LineageOS. Don't use any device that has Google Play Store. Make sure Google understands exactly why people buy their phones.
