Also, keep in mind you have to agree to their absolutely horrific terms of service - forced arbitration, no class actions, etc. Welcome to the modern caveat emptor world. Again, I don't have any real choice about switching since CL internet doesn't exist anymore. I'm also writing a letter to my reps to suggest that congress make these forced arbitration terms illegal. I'm also sending the same letter to Santa Claus, because I think I have a better chance with him than Congress.
