I have been surprised by how much I like @joshjacobsen@hachyderm.io He's really switched on. He wrote this recently: When looking at a specific technology I start by looking at the ownership structure, if its open-source, where is the data held, under what jurisdiction the company operates (is it subject to the US CLOUD Act, etc). The prompt didn't include open-source, or data sovereignty. He just knows the issues. We're all quite fortune to have him running for Parliament.
