@sy@mastodon.nz This is where it has been going for quite a while now, especially since "social" media has replaced real life interactions. I can only recommend seeking out physical "third places" like sports clubs, hack-spaces, community centers, pubs, churches – Whatever you prefer, really – to avoid this fate for yourself and for our societies. We have to stabilize these social organizations before they vanish. They're the backbone of our democracies.
