@DamonHD@mastodon.social Another way to save money is to make the #heatpump adjustable to the #grid E.g. when there is a day with more #wind #energy, then it makes sense to heat up the home a bit more (by increasing the flow temperature). The better insulated, the more can be stored for longer. @peakpick_de@climatejustice.social

I already have my current olde worlde gas boiler off from 4pm to 7pm and no one notices (much)! It saves 100W for the circulation pump, and makes a point...
