@Rycaut@mastodon.social Some of my verified contacts have reported not having received a notification during my recent device change. But I received a notification from a verified contact yesterday. So I don't know when exactly these notifications are triggered and when not. Methinks: If you have verified contacts, it doesn't hurt to let them know in advance.
