The absolute worst baijiu is the stuff that doesn’t even come in a bottle, its.kept.n a huge barrel and they fill a jug.up for you.
It tastes especially disgusting, but after a while you can taste the sweetness. This is a sign you’ve already drank too much.

I’ve had that at a buffet, I wasn’t paying attention and didn’t read the “白酒” in big text, and assumed it was water. Maybe it was the full glass of baijiu talking, but it didn’t seem as terrible as the green bottle with the red star.
