@fallenhitokiri@social.screamingatmyscreen.com great how IPv8 is a superset of IPv4 but seems to ignore IPv6, so that everyone who already transitioned to v6 needs to do it again, while anyone on v4 might be able to just participate in v8… I hope I skimmed over something, but 25 years after the introduction of v6 this feels odd
