Agent Orange can't see anything that isn't flashed in his face with extremely high voltage & even then will deny it.
There is no doubt that pulling that many troops will effect the hospitals abilities to function.
The rub is, At the same time he is trying to relight the middle east wars he's reducing the ability of the one place that can best effect the casualties. He is so F-ing sure of his & Hegseths brilliance that according to them "What could go wrong?"

Trump wanted to do this in first term. The planning for this has been going on for 12 months. Will take another 12 months to happen. Despite the spin, not related to recent recent German statement.
