The human babysitter behind the wheel the legislator holds responsible won't be alert if all goes well 999 out of 1000 times. So far few and anecdotal accidents, but the vast majority of kilometers are not driven by normal cars. Legislators, act! And this is just the safety argument. @notjustbikes
