@gusseting@mastodon.social @notjustbikes@social.notjustbikes.com The Greens have been strongly supportive of renewable projects. Their most recent messaging has been all about cost of living stuff, and how we need to speed the reduction in relying on fossil fuels. Normally when I look at somthing on their social media, I do get information about both positive things (renewable projects) and negative (what project the govt have just approved that will add extra carbon into the air) I'm also going to point out that in no govt in this country do The Greens have the ability to approve or reject projects. I personally have had replies from Greens senators and state members, when I have sent emails that have responded to my concerns. I find it strange that you do not have this experience, when I have found them to be the most responsive of politicians I have written to

@stufromoz@aus.social @notjustbikes@social.notjustbikes.com "The Greens have been strongly supportive of renewable projects." That's not true, when it's not possible to name a single project they've been supportive of, or a company,. Why is that? They can name fossil fuel companies + projects, so it's not that they're unable to...so what's going on? How can they be supporting renewables, when they can't even name them? They're supporting renewables in policy/on paper, but not in action, where it counts.
