@pmbrandvold@techtoots.com The problem with screws (any kind of hardware) is not strength (if you use the right kind and size), it’s that they always come loose, eventually, and if they aren’t tightened regularly, the sloppiness causes furniture damage. Well cut and glued joints will be stronger and feel more solid, but if you’re making all those chairs (3 different designs) that’s a LOT of M&T joints.
