To be honest I just cooked the pork and rice, the tinga... juice? Sauce? Was leftover from the community meal where it wasn't needed for the chicken tinga. I did have to stretch it a bit, and it seems to just be western nc bbq sauce with less vinegar and different peppers, so of course I love it
