Never mind -- apparently it's a known issue that the audio and captions only show up at minute 9 of the recording. (Why that "known issue" took a 70-minute help chat to find out....) Favor from anyone out there with an HBO Max subscription -- can you try streaming stage 2 of the Giro d'Italia and tell me if you have sound or captions? Thank you!
