Hyresgästföreningen (Sweden's tenants union) are running a big campaign against deregulation of rent control this year cos of the election as it's a likely consequence of a win for the right-wing bloc. They have this web-based calculator at https://www.hyresgasternasval.se/kalkylator where you can estimate how much your rent will go up under deregulation. It's a great campaign and every time I get an email from it in my inbox it makes me really happy.
