Homeopathy in computer science: Take a random sequence and sort it ten times. How much of the original sequence can you recover?

@BartoszMilewski@mathstodon.xyz A closer analogy would be to overwrite all but a random 1/10th of the positions with default values, and repeat that for "potency" times.
