Shout out to #ÖBB (Austrian Railways) who just refunded me in full for my journey from Ljubljana to Florence last month which was delayed. They even paid €120 for a taxi to rush us across the border to Italy to catch a connection, and first class tickets for the final 2h leg of the journey. #austria #railway #travel
