@marsik@witter.cz i agree. It is not perfect and it is interesting findings you have there. I would, in my opinion, say that it is the least bad of them :opensourceparrot:

    @kimschulz@social.data.coop I tend to separate two use-cases: - emergency comms - setting up off-grid infrastructure (possibly encrypted) - and privacy (on any existing infra). MC, MT, RNS all try to do bit of both. Issues: Heavy cryptography is not ensuring privacy unless you also validate identity keys somehow (this is hard!). Otherwise man in the middle situations are possible. You want a simple foolproof device and many people to quickly notice you when in distress (hurt and tired). No privacy wanted.
