@adrianmorales@ieji.de let see if they put the muscle (money) behind the announcement gig. Not the first time they talk big in france to backpedal because there was no political will behind (or just established corruption, most state find it easier to deal with monopolies than a diversity of actors, to the point that they even favors multinationals over their 'own' big national companies).
