@hildabast@mastodon.online @PLOS@mstdn.science The one from Cotagenix gave me a lot of hope we might have it ready by this year, maybe even last year, since it appeared to be in phase 2/3 trials... Now I'm just wondering when or even if the US will have some sort of mucosal vaccine at all to finally put an end to this!
Do you have any prediction on when some sort of mucosal vaccine could finally reach the US?

@Perryax@mas.to @PLOS@mstdn.science I wouldn't make a prediction—the situation in the US is too unstable. (Fingers crossed that this is temporary, and things will get back on track in the medium term.) Codagenix has been quiet for far too long. If things had gone according to plan—for the company and/or those vaccine trials—we would have heard about it long ago.
