My friend did such a clever thing for her birthday party. Folks get up and do a 5 minute talk on something they're passionate about. There was such a great assortment of different topics at different levels of depth. It's just awesome getting to hear what people are passionate about. And it's fantastic for introverts, I was able to just relax and let other people talk without seeming evasive or weird.
