I wonder if there's a way to build one of those collectively ...?
10 URLs might not be enough, and "Europe/EFTA" is not a supported region.
PS: That your default suggests to include '*.substack.com' is probably something you may want to revise 🙂

@larsmb@mastodon.online @kagihq@mastodon.social No idea if this works but maybe instead of adding individual shops you could add price comparison sites like idealo.de, geizhals.de and so on and then filter Amazon results.
