    @RoyBrander@urbanists.social In our house, 2020s TV experience is: - Turn external speaker on. - Wait 20 seconds. - Turn TV on. - Wait 40 seconds for it to boot. - Select which app we want to watch (primarily YouTube TV or Discovery+). - Wait for app to appear. - If necessary, log in to correct account. - Try to find things in grids of thumbnails. - Try search. - Settle for whatever appears. At least it's easy to turn everything off: "Good night, Alexa" 😂 @48kRAM@oldbytes.space
