@hedgielib@glammr.us I'd also posit that introduces many new kinds of failure modes into the process. Hardly seems worth it for the minor calculated increase in income.

@nihkeys@mastodontti.fi @hedgielib@glammr.us Ah, but the goal of the stakeholders making implementation decisions in health systems is not "does it save providers' time" or "does it improve care" but rather "does it improve documentation such that we can bill insurers/patients for higher-value care"
