The legal claim isn't going to work, I don't think. The Equality Act (2010) allows for companies (charities are companies) to discriminate in this way. I visited a sex shop that only allowed women and people accompanying women into the shop, and they only employed women. They had been very careful to explore legality for both of these practices, and because they were a company specifically seeking to serve women and help them to feel safe and so on, their practice was legal. But obviously still donate to the charity, they shouldn't have to deal with this white supremacist crap.

    @cassolotl@eldritch.cafe The LawFare isn't about whether they have a good case, it's about intimidation. The anti-trans bigots have a lot more money than most people/orgs, so they can cost them a huge pile of money in legalling (and damage their reputation) which still achieves their aim...
