@marceles_pixel@mastodon.art You got a few suggestoins already, personally I'd recommend Linux Mint but the most important thing is just pick a major distro, those are well mantained.
Most distros have "live cd" (or live usb) possible with the same installation image, which means you can boot into Linux from the pendrive without having to install, this is good for testing whether all your hardware works, though do you have replacement for the software you use already?

@konato@socel.net yeah, is just about to check what would works the best. I used mint a while back and ended with ubuntu cos some steam games. Also, the software I use is available on linux so i think it may run ok in different distros, i hope...
