Has anyone ever attempted to adapt pleroma chats to group chats? Is there some subtle but intractable issue with it?

@pwm@darkdork.dev probably only that it's not really a good fit for what already exists on the network would be my guess. you could probably adapt it into a separate special thing where certain instances decide to federate their shoutboxes or something, be a kind of clique groupchat or something
