Currently my solar panels are producing A LOT of electric, and have been for a month or so (middle of Sweden). At the same time, electric prices are around 1.5-2 kr (0.15-2 eur/usd) kwh. How is that possible? It is very cheap to set up a solar farm, it is very safe and will make you a lot of money if you are a utility company. Instead the Swedish government is pouring billions into setting up atomic power plants which takes a long time to do, costs a lot of money, and is a great security risk (turns ordinary weapons into atomic weapons as we have seen in Zaporizhzhia). Why? And btw, it is perfectly feasible to have battery packs that will power your house over night, just from charging from your panels.
