I can see why some people to choose to simply ban LLM-written code. It is definitely shoddier.
LLMs can be used to code stuff up quickly, but they'll definitely make some dumb decisions. If you really care about the quality of the code you have to either write it yourself or monitor every change the LLM makes.

Also, this comment only applies to people who know how to code. Those of you who don't shouldn't be writing code yourselves, and you shouldn't be using an AI to write code for you, because the AI can code better than you, and that's a blind-leading the blind situation.
