So, under current law, in those nine jurisdictions any local police who learns that a person is undocumented can accuse them of a crime, arrest them as a suspect, and deliver them to ICE within 48 hours. I wonder how often that has occurred and how many of them are really undocumented. Seems like a really good way to get rid of a pesky neighbor.
