My mom sent me a bunch of "memories" things. This was among them. When I was in 5th grade I used to debate politics with my teacher, he supported Dukakis and I supported Bush (5th grade me had no way of knowing he killed JFK etc.). After Bush won my teacher wrote to him about me and got this in return. He presented me with a political awareness award and this. Mr. B was a great guy.
