Yes, Labour have had big losses. Yes, so have the Tories. Greens were up, as were the LibDems. And yes, Reform made some gains too. Thing is, after it's all done, the actual number of Reform councillors is tiny. Yes, really. They mostly gained at the margins. Their vote percentage was actually DOWN on the last elections. It's frightening how many people voted for the racist right, but we'll all survive. PS This demonstrates why the UK urgently needs to move away from FPTP to a proportional system. Far too many councillors won on tiny margins.
