From Organise: 'I just spoke with the train guard who got fired by train company LNER for saying "Free Palestine" outside of work. This is what he had to say: "I'm still struggling to regain employment in the railway industry due to my name being black listed. I've been refused a prison officer job despite passing all my entry tests - the reason is I was sacked by LNER. I've explained the sacking was for standing up to racism, but the powers that be upheld their decision. It's still having a massive effect on my job prospects and affecting my financial situation massively." It's devastating to hear of the impact this has had on his life, after he gave 18 years service to the company. It's clearer than ever now we need to ramp up our campaign for justice. '
