@foundseed@spore.social @alxd@writing.exchange I'm not sure that you can 'marginalise' an emotion; also one answer doesn't necessarily fit all or encompass all.
I recognise some rage is absolutely a valid response but do you necessarily do something with it? Perhaps you set it aside and step away from the conditions that caused it and create a healthier space.
