The singer, Baritone Rufus John (Aka John Goss) has triggered my #Genealogy #FamilyHistory interest ... He was quite bolshie!! John Goss was also a remarkable musician whose life I am exploring a little. He died in #Birmingham in 1953, likely at 79 Ryland Road Edgbaston. I've found him on the 1939 register and the electoral rolls. He appears fairly often in the newspapers. But his birth still eludes me, as does his marriage. An honorary #Brummie :))
