@a2b2c2@todon.eu granted it may be easier and more flexible to just get like an ESP32-C3, probably cheaper than an AVR at this point, definitely more performant, likely more efficient

@a2b2c2@todon.eu fitting my project into the 8kb of flash the ATmega8a has has been… well I can't really have bitmaps stored in there beyond the one or two fonts that don't even cover full ASCII
