@LizzieSpeaks@lor.sh splitting is the way to go, but it's more like a ficus: you trim at an appropriate nodule and then plant away. They're very generous, especially it you already have an "air" root going.

@LizzieSpeaks@lor.sh if you want to get super advanced then you split them without an air root, but with rooting compound and instead of 60%-80% chance of success you take about 30%. But bigger leaves and nicer for snazzy Instagram photos. I'm totally judging.
