@octopuddle@mastodon.gamedev.place It's not perfect but I really enjoyed it. I'd say Dishonored was a better successor to the classics, but if you view it as its own game rather than in light of the first three games, it's not too bad. The area transitions are definitely annoying, I agree. As for opening/closing things, I think that was done to really 'sell' the immersion. I still remember them bragging about so much detail you could see Garrett's thumb prints :guilded_lul:
