It was my 60th birthday this week (yay me). At dinner with friends one of my older friends told me 69 is the "It's basically over" birthday. If someone dies at 59 everyone thinks 'Oh how tragic, they died young'. But as soon as there's a 6 (or higher) number in front of their age if they die people kinda shrug - "they were old". #birthday #rambling
