I tried to cancel my internet today with Spectrum. We're going with a local company with well known (great) customer service. Of course, Spectrum wanted to up sell and chat. I hung up after 15 minutes and attempts to try to make it clear that I just wanted to end my service and I didn't want to answer questions. I will call back when I have time to talk like Flash from Zootopia. Hi I would like to cancel my service, today
