@byte@awawa.club if I administered fedi instance hosted in Russia and had to comply with local laws, I'd instead just announce that it's shutting down and that all users are free to find other instances not hosted in Russia where I wouldn't have to moderate violations of Russian law and to snitch to Russian authorities...
