If it makes me an "old" to actually care about the things it's harming, then fine. I'll wear that badge.
I just feel so strange as if the whole world has turned down a path and has no care for the consequences. Why are *so many* people diving into this stuff as if our efficiency is the only thing that matters?

@soph@grrl.me the capitalism machine is a gaslighting machine. “Do more, faster, with less” has always been priority number one. In that context, efficiency (or the perception of it) really is the only thing that matters.
