When runaways Hodaka Morishima and Hina Amano are nearly brought in off the streets of Tokyo by concerned police during a huge freak storm, Hina's attempts to use her strange mystical powers as a Sunshine Girl to distract them.
Usually Hina is able to pray for clear skies. But not this time.
Her urgent prayer works a little too well, and a poor, innocent, off-duty Truck-kun ends up paying the price thanks to a powerful burst of freak lightning!
