@vixalientoots@mas.to @AlexanderVanhee@mastodon.social @jimmac@mastodon.social i've been using computers for 38 years and i can tell you i've never once opened "help" ... so at least for this bonehead, that won't help me learn the dark arts. ;)
(okay, that's a lie... i think i learned the win32 apis with the microsoft "help" system. but it was awful.)

@deobald@fantastic.earth @AlexanderVanhee@mastodon.social @jimmac@mastodon.social Yeah but still there's a lot of users unfamiliar with GNOME or Linux still and they could benefit. It's also how I learnt you can use Shift+F10 to open the context menu without a mouse for example. There's also a very outdated index at https://help.gnome.org/, the Help app for user documentation, and the Manuals app for API documention
