@larand@appdot.net And just in case you don't already do this: draw a hard line between work and private. Don't log in to your private Instagram on the work laptop. Don't install Slack on your personal phone. If your work laptop is closed, people from work should have to actually call you or knock on your door. Keeping work off my phone did more for my mental work life separation than anything else I tried.
