@larand@appdot.net Great points all around. My 1st WFH job was a disaster. (It was way back in the 90's--I was not in IT yet.) I didn't have a spare bedroom, and the absence of work/life boundaries was terrible for me. I never felt relaxed, except for the weekends. More recently, I started WFH full time around 2017. This time around, I had the privilege of a spare bedroom home office. It makes a big difference. (So far, I haven't had a "camera must be on" policy. That's a non-starter for me.)
